The automated system malfunctioned/broke and held my car hostage for about 2 entire days. It was an endlessly frustrating cycle of calling the call center just for them to say they will pass along my message to a technician. Most times I never heard back from the technicians and struggled to get any updates on when my car would be able to leave. Their customer service was terrible and offered no real help. It seemed they were in no rush to fix the problem as it took them almost 12 hours to even mobilize someone to check out the problem after I first called and explained could not get my car out. There were many other people who were stuck, many from out of town, who were forced to take off from work because they were stranded here waiting to get their car back. It was an all around terribl

The garage is fully automated. There are no on-site technicians or attendants. I would estimate that something malfunctions at least 50% of the time and I frequently wait half an hour or more to park or retrieve my car. Customer service is also horrible. They use a call center as an intermediary so there is no direct communication or accountability between customers and garage technicians. It’s an endlessly frustrating place to park your car. I would recommend going half a block further on Waverly toward Atlantic and parking in the garage up the street.

This is the worst place ever. When it works, it's good. However, when it doesn't, they have ZERO resources to help. I had my car get stuck in the system and held hostage FOR DAYS. Literally they left me without my property because they don't know how to fix the system. They do not reimburse. Management is checked out and do not call back.

When it works it's kind of interesting. However, the issue is that the system is highly unreliable. Having trouble even from the very first day using this garage. It continues to fail after the first day as well. While complaining to the management, their answer is basically "if you are not happy then feel free to cancel". What an attitude.

Very interesting approach to parking and I guess it takes some getting used to. You drive in and expect to see an attendant but there is none. Then a big door opens and prompts you to drive forward. You must be careful and land on this large platform exactly as shown. Apparently you lock your car and the filing system takes your car away. Very interesting.
