Cimaco Floor Services Inc

We hired a guy to take up our tile and carpet and then polish the concrete slab. He was inexperienced and was overwhelmed by the project. We then hired Cimaco to come in and finish up the job - obviously, we should have hired them at the beginning. Bill and especially Mike did great work, and Jeff, the owner, is a straight shooter and honest. I have four sets of before and after pictures, and the last two are more of the final, finished product. We love our new floors and highly recommend Cimaco!

Jeff and Bill are good guys. These guys are not miracle workers and one should have expectations in line with what they have to work with. They can’t make floors to be what they are not, but they can make them to be the best they can be, IMO. Kudos to Bill for 30 years of pride in his workmanship working for Jeff.

This company is great! I had put off stripping and staining my concrete floor for so many years because of the expense. When I finally started getting estimates I was amazed at the disparities. Jeff's bid was $2K less than other contractor I was considering. I decided to start with the bedroom and bathroom. Bill is very pleasant and worked hard by hand stripping in order to reduce the use of chemical stripping. He helped me choose a color and did everything possible to make me happy (which ain't always easy!). Office manager Missy is an absolute gem to work with, always responsive and customer-oriented. I will definitely hire them to do the rest of my floors.

Jeff and his team did a great job. We did concrete overlay on a few rooms, we were very indecisive about what color we wanted to do and Jeff came over to show us some options. We couldn't be happier with the floors or the color!

We just bought a home in Rio Rico that had stained concrete floors in the main part of the house, but carpet in the bedrooms. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate to clean and re-seal the existing concrete and pull up the carpet and stain the concrete floors under the old carpet. Jeff was great to communicate with from the initial call to schedule the estimate and as the work was being done. The floors are absolutely gorgeous and the color of the newly stained concrete in the bedrooms exactly matches the existing floors. Price was very fair and we love the results. Great job to Jeff and the team.
