Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection

I recently bought a home where Cincinnati Gutter & Roof installed a brand new roof and siding. When I got the home inspection, I was notified of some issues with the siding. As pictured below, the siding was not properly installed to butt against the house and instead the space will filled in with calking which is a big no no. Thankfully, I had the warranty from the previous owner. Sadly, John Allen did not respect the warranty as he claims their warranties do not transfer ownership. He also did not tell me this until after we had several calls discussing the issues. John was thorough, provided a fair and honest estimate, made sure we knew what to expect, and was communicative throughout the entire process. He ensured all materials were delivered and gave us clear direction as to what to expect for the install. The crew that installed the roof was prompt, respectful, and extremely hardworking. John provided updates throughout the entire process that included pictures of the work being done. The job was completed quickly and correctly. Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. They were easy to work with to provide quotes for a couple of options we were thinking about.
