Cincinnati Soft Wash completely refreshed my fence and stone. The results are stunning and the before and after speaks for itself. He was professional, careful, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. I had several neighbors stop by to compliment the job he was doing, which says a lot. I had a great experience with Cincinnati Soft Wash! Clayton was fantastic with communication from start to finish—very responsive and professional. He cleaned my concrete, which had some tough rust stains. After the initial wash, the stains were significantly lightened, but what really impressed me was that Clayton came back on his own to check on the results and made a second visit to completely remove the stains. That extra level of care and follow-through is hard to find. Highly recommend!
