Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us get our insurance to cover water damage from a storm. He helped us fight for just about every $ we got from our insurance. When he said he was going to do something, he did it. Communication was great by email or text and he was always available to talk with on the phone. We are very happy with the work that was done. Everyone involved was respectful and professional. We would recommend Shamrock to anyone.

Tony, who came out to do the estimate, encouraged us to file an insurance claim due to wind and hail damage. We were reluctant to do it but we followed through and the claim was accepted!
