We had a great experience with Cincy Exteriors! Our insurance inspector came out on a weekend and Nick was willing and happy to be a part of the entire inspection process, even when it took a lot longer than expected! His team was diligent, efficient, and left the area very clean when the job was complete! The team provided pictures throughout the day to show the progress and updated us on any new findings. The paperwork and communication between Cincy Exteriors and our insurance was seamless…we did not have to do a lot on our end! Overall AMAZING company to work with in every way.

I can't thank Jackson and Cincy Exteriors enough! Three of my neighbors got new roofs due to storm/hail damage. Assuming my roof had been through the same weather I asked all three of the contractors to look at my roof. They all three said my roof was in bad shape but my insurance company was the hardest to get a claim approved and they didn't even want to try. Then came Jackson! He worked his butt of for me working with my insurance company. It took 6 months of back and forth emails, shingle samples, videos, information from the manufacturer and Ohio code. My insurance company denied the claim at least three times but Jackson never gave up. He kept fighting for me until the insurance company was out of reasons for denial.
