Todd and his team are exceptional. I was in a tight spot and they managed to get it done quickly - and done right. I received a detailed, color coded, report that housed an exhaustive list of photos and videos of my home. In addition, many links and educational photos and videos were provided. All in all, Good Eye runs a clean, highly-knowledgeable ship that I would not think twice of hiring again. Highly recommended!

We had the unfortunate experience of having a buyer use Good Eye Home Inspections for our home that was listed for sale. After Jaran Burns and Todd Engle did their inspection, we came home to negligence as multiple items had been damaged and the blinds were pulled up to the ceiling (not how they found them) allowing anyone to see into our house and while we were out of town. We left a note informing anyone touring or inspecting the home to lock BOTH the sun room door and back door (see image). They failed to lock or close the sun room door and it blew open and damaged the door frame and piston. (The attic door was also left ajar - seems to be their trademark).
