I contacted Cingo on 11/20/25 regarding active rodents underneath my house. As of 12/16/25, the problem is still unresolved.Their only response over nearly a month was placing bait boxes outside.They have never went under my house, never inspected the attic, and never set a single trap-despite ongoing rodent activity.Because nothing was being done, I had someone else set traps. Within 24 hours they had set traps and caught 2 dead rodents-something Cingo never attempted. Now, I am facing damaged ductwork that smells of urine, which will need to be replaced. This is especially frustrating because I pay $67 per month for a service that was clearly not provided.Customer service has been terrible. Our technician was always nice. Answered all of our questions with a smile. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Austin "Ollie" Olive arrived late, parked, and treated his phone to more attention than my pest problem. What I paid for: 1. Full red ant treatment (inside + outside, with bait) 2. Full mosquito treatment (outside) 3. Full insect treatment (inside + outside) What I got: 1. A couple of pesticide puffs in the corners 2. Nada, zip, zilch on the mosquito front 3. A few more sprays of spider repellent and a bug’s nest worth of excuses about “company policy” Bottom line: Ollie wasn’t here to fight pests—he just bugged me, and I have it all on camera.

Absolutely horrible we had a home inspection done by this company and they miss things that could have been potentially devastating. We’ve had to have another company come out to do another inspection on our home and now have so many things that have to be fixed that were never mentioned in our inspection work! Attached you’ll see a major electrical issue in our attic that is company missed! This is only one of the major electrical issue they missed!
