When we first arrived, the valet told us multiple times that if we arrived an hour early he would make us wait one hour. If we arrived a minute late he would charge us an extra $34. We came 15 minutes early to pick up our car and we were willing to wait. He immediately goes “You’re lucky I’m not busy, otherwise you’d have to wait an hour more.” Unprofessional and discourteous. This location is on 56th St.

Appalling customer service, both at the booth and on the phone. Rude, and not helpful. I was overcharged for an additional hour because the member of the staff was on lunch. I kindly mentioned That I have been waiting and I don’t want to be overcharged. He was so upset with me, and so rude that I had to calm him down and tell him if he was in my shoes he would behave the same way. After speaking to the manager on the phone the staff member TOLD ME that I will be refunded if I pay on card. So I did. I emailed the management - no answer for 4 days, I emailed again and I receive a message saying CALL ME ON.... no “ I am sorry” no nothing. How unprofessional and rude of the valet worker who not only left the premise and had me waiting for over 15 minutes without leaving any number for customers to get in touch with but also had the audacity to say “it’s only X dollars” when I asked if that price was with hospital employee discount. Wow. Not to mention when I went down to the garage to see if anyone was there my car was parked literally kissing the wall. Not a safe or reliable place to park your car. I found a cheaper parking garage near by so I definitely will not be returning to this rude business.

This location staff are ripp off n they if we don’t give them tips this people treat u worst. The guy who valets he simply ask for tips.! Why it’s my wish i didn’t like his service which it was worst n unprofessional.. This Citi parking morning staff are worst rude n unprofessional worst n their customer service is horrible. Rude gentleman during the morning shift on 6/22. Lied and told me the garage was full, when I told him I have a reservation can you confirm the address he gave me the incorrect address. I left to waste my time to find out I was in the correct place. I show him my reservation and then tell me I can leave it as if he was doing me a favor. Extremely unprofessional.
