Thomas was amazing and I highly recommend him for the job that I paid him for, regarding the thorough termite removal and prevention for my house (specifically under and around the foundation due to the subterranean termite issue that had made its way up into a portion of my house and into the wall between a master bedroom walk-in closet and neighboring bedroom). His courteous, friendly, professional, and informative approach to me as the first time customer was very impressive, and again I thank him for his service.

Thomas did a great job helping us with our termite issue. He’s so knowledgeable and shared many stories from his training and how termites work. I felt safe around him, trusted his expertise, and as long as he comes back if these termites come back, I’ll be calling him for reg pest control service. Overall, great work and great service. He was true and honest.

Thomas was great. Explained in detail how he was treating our Termite issues. Very fair price to treat our whole property with a 5yr warranty. Another Company that gave us an estimate also wanted a monthly warranty amount of $16.99/mo. We were very glad to have found Citizens Pest Control. We highly recommend calling Citizens Pest before you make a final decision with a company. You will not regret their professionalism and detail explanation of the process. Plus they use animal friendly products so we did not have to worry about our Dog.
