I had an excellent experience with City Air Conditioning for my AC repair! Their team was prompt, professional, and really knew their stuff. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC is running like new. I’ll definitely be using them for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning services!

Unfortunately, this has been one of the most unreliable and unprofessional experiences I’ve had in over 15 years of dealing with HVAC companies. I initially contacted them for a job, received a quote, accepted it — and then heard nothing back for over three weeks, with no service provided. I reached out again for a separate job, and not only did they make the situation worse, but they also refused to step in and fix the issue, despite repeated requests over several weeks. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstance.

Our PM reached out to them for a AC repair and they created a much bigger issue than the one we originally had. Despite multiple requests over several weeks, they refused to come back and fix their own mistake. By far the worst experience we’ve had with an HVAC company in NYC. Avoid!
