Just called to have my freezer serviced and spoke with the rudest woman. Have no clue if they do good work or not. Did not even make an appointment. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend.

I paid $79.95 to have a technician check my washer. He was pleasant , nice, but he didnt do his job. He opened the top and bottom panels and checked for mice eaten wires. He did not check the middle panel where the buttons were. He told me to order new computers. You could put in5 new computers if the wires dont connect the buttons to the computer. He should have looked into the button panel because thats where the mouse ate the wires. R

They are amazing here! The service was exceptional. They walked us through the different options and explained everything in wonderful detail. They came out to the house to make sure they would fit! Because we bought a washer and dryer pair they did the installation for free! I am definitely going back when we are ready to upgrade our other appliances.
