Good place to get supplies and contractor for labor. Not very reasonable prices

Had city Capet outlet come out to measure the house for LVP, once paid and received the product we realized they ordered 40% more than needed. When contacted they refused to return it even though it was there mistake costing us thousands of dollars more than necessary.

I would not even give them a one-star. Because they are so dishonest. I ordered a carpet and they brought me a cheap piece of carpet which I did not order and I refused that carpet it was horrible and I paid for a good piece of carpet. I went into the store three times to prove to them what they sent me was not what I ordered but it was not available. 3 days in a row. I got my money back because I had put it on my credit card otherwise I think I would have been up the creek. Do not go here they are very dishonest. And want to Palm off a cheap piece of carpet.

We scheduled an installation and paid a 50% deposit, but only afterward were informed that the flooring we selected was unavailable in the amount required. Our installation date was then reassigned to other customers on two occasions without any notice—no call, message, or update—until I discovered this by visiting the store in person.
