City Center Parking Garage

There is only a small sign on this garage indicating that it closes at 6 PM. Under normal circumstances, this would suggest that no new cars can enter after that time—not that your vehicle will be completely inaccessible overnight. At no point was it made clear that the garage would be locked with no way to retrieve your car or contact an attendant. Every phone number listed (both on the small sign and the website) led to voicemail, and no one ever returned our calls. Because of this lack of communication and transparency, we were forced to get a hotel for the night and ended up late to work the next day. This garage does not clearly advertise these restrictions. Avoid parking here if there’s even the slightest chance you’ll need access to your car after 6 PM.

Don’t know about weekdays but definitely don’t park here on Sundays, unless you want to potentially find your car trapped and yourself stranded. It’s unclear whether this is the Redhouse parking Garage or the City Center Garage at this point, as there was no clear information that we could find online. We can only guess that there’s been a transfer of ownership as the websites we did find had different and misleading information (or no information at all), along with phone numbers that didn't work. One website said this garage is open 24 hours daily, but that’s obviously incorrect since we returned just after 5pm to find the shutters closed and every door locked. We found a different website that said the garage’s schedule is 9-5 daily, but I arrived well before 9 the next morning to find
