City Center Parking - Ladd Tower Lot 93

There’s only 2 levels. When you get get to the first level, you can turn right to go down to the p2 level. However, it’s a tight spot -‘d hard to get out. On the weekends, it’s SO FULL so people had to reverse just to back out of the garage. Honestly, would avoid on the weekends.

This is one of the safer covered options for downtown. I stayed overnight on a weekend where the rate was $10 till 7am the next day. The only problem was the machine was not smart enough to add time and I had to go again at 7am to "renew" the parking After my first day ran out. Despite the sign saying no in and out, there is no gate at the entrance so no one would really know if you went in and out. Overall this garage is great and it's way better than paying for the valet at Hotel Vance.

My car was locked in the lot overnight after the garage locked at 8pm. While the sign claims there is a code on the ticket to use after 8pm, there was no code or PIN. I tried the other numbers on the ticket but nothing worked. A large group of people were also locked out of the garage the same evening as us. Same problem, no code to get back in. The 24 "help" line was no help at all. Avoid this garage. I'll take my chances with street parking or smart park from now on.

Sign outside says $6 all Sunday, but arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and was charged $10. Signs lead you to a turn around if you go to the lower levels that doesnt exist, there were 5 cars backed up when we got down there and i got a big scratch on the side of my vehicle due to there not being enough space to leave and manuever around other cars.

They keep giving you penalty notices even when you have already paid for parking. There are clear signs in the lot to take your receipt with you. But I was ticketed twice for "Not displaying ticket". But their system or personnel are inept and don't know how to track things correctly. Despite multiple emails- where thankfully they void the penalty-they do not fix the root issue Nor do they clarify what they actually want us to do - display it or not to display it.
