City Climb

I did the city climb on October 13 when it was a really windy and rainy day. I was nervous doing the climb, and my guide Vanessa was so nice and helpful. She was incredibly good at her job, and she coached me through feeling safe and secure. I told her I didn’t want to do the lean at the top, and she was supportive and didn’t push me to do it. I am happy that she was my instructor and encouraged me the entire way through. In fact, the entire staff was very nice! I highly recommend this place and coming to The Edge and doing The City Climb.

Amazing activity. Had a wonderful experience doing. All the adrenaline junkies, if you are in NYC, do not miss on this adventure. Special mention for Chelsea(our climb guide) she was so amazing and cool during the whole experience.

City Climb is an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, exciting, and made us feel safe while still delivering an incredible adrenaline rush and breathtaking views. Our guide, Jackson, was very supportive, patient, and understanding, which made the experience even better. He knew exactly how to encourage us when needed, and the photos he took were amazing. The company is truly lucky to have him on their team. Overall, this is a must-do experience in New York. The whole team is professional, the views are unreal, and the whole experience is highly recommended!

Wow! All I can say is wow! My guide Vanessa was incredible and made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. She was very attentive and responsive to all my questions and very knowledgeable about New York and it's history. Every employee I dealt with was extremely professional and great at making me feel safe. For future customers some words of advice: don't be scared, just do it, and please, please, please go to the bathroom before you suit up! The whole thing from start to finish takes about an hour and once you are suited up there is no chance for a bathroom break.

Kyle was great! He comforted guests who were nervous and led us through every step of the way! The climb itself was so much fun, we scheduled for 8pm so we could catch the sunset and see the city lights at night. It was so beautiful and although I reside here it’s always nice to see my city from a different perspective!!
