City Mini Mix

City Mini Mix replaced cracked concrete, created curbs that did not exist, and adjusted the pitch on our sidewalk in the Rittenhouse Square area. John explained what was required to accomplish a safer and more attractive sidewalk. We initially coordinated with the neighbor on one side. Once the other neighbors saw the quality of work, they also had their concrete replaced. The block looks great! We highly recommend City Mini Mix.

I had a great experience with City Mini Mix for my sidewalk and steps repair!! I live in the Queen Village area of Philadelphia and the owner came out and personally assessed the property and walked me through the details of the job. They were able to get down my small alley street and very professionally and efficiently performed a beautiful job replacing my concrete sidewalk and creating new level concrete steps, all at a fair and reasonable price. They also diagnosed and repaired a broken curb trap pipe that would have been very costly down the road if not for their expertise. Would HIGHLY recommend for any concrete work needed!

Our sidewalks in Germantown were a mess since we moved in 4 years ago. We discovered City Mini Mix through a referral and we are pleased with the work! We had to stay on top of things because the job took much longer to complete. I recommend making sure you get an accurate quote and provide clear, detailed instructions for what you want because It seemed the workers didn’t always have this information before starting the job. The difference of our concrete sidewalks are dramatic and I have already received compliments and the concrete work isn't even dry yet. They worked with me to be sure there was space for a street tree and green space. They even knew the ADA requirements for width!

My experience with City Mini Mix was amazing. I live in the north central section off Broad street in philadelphia and had 3 trees in front of my property removed because the roots of those trees were breaking and lifting my sidewalk all the way up to the porch steps and lawn which was a hazard. The crew was very professional, pleasant attitude and did a beautiful job outside my home, all the way down to the clean up. I would highly recommend this company for any cement job.

Highly recommend using City Mini Mix for any concrete/cement jobs in Philadelphia. I own a house in University City and needed my sidewalk repaired urgently after having major plumbing work done. I could not find any masons or concrete companies available to come out. I called John at City Mini-Mix and he promised they would be out the next day. True to his word they did the whole job in one day! They did an excellent job - they also uncovered an emerging sinkhole and filled it for me.
