They have free weekend parking even for events like the Christmas Parade.

If the capacity is full and one cannot get monthly parking they should raise the prices and use the money to build another parking structure. If they want the downtown to thrive and people to live there, gotta give people parking options. If I am going to struggle with parking, I might as well move to NY or Chicago.

Nice place to park when visiting downtown. The exit can be tricky and there needs to be signs for who needs to yield as cars coming down from higher level and cars leaving lower level meet.

Free parking downtown after 6pm. Well lit, safe, good location to walk to the local businesses. I hate finding parking on the street, so use this garage often on nights out.
