City of Niagara Municipal Parking

I should have read Google reviews before I parked here again on July 4th fireworks. We waited 3 hours to get out of the parking garage. It was just ridiculous. If this is a municipal parking garage, the city of Niagara falls has to do a better job managing this knowing the number of people that show up to Niagara falls. One year ago I see some reviews that had the exact same issue.

$30 per car , no attendants, and they can't invest any of that money into some paint, and pressure washers to clean the stairwells and wash the urine smell and brighten up the sad state of that garage. The elevators look like they were installed in the early 90s and probably the last time they were cleaned. Find an outdoor lot if you can and skip this nasty parking structure.

As im writing this we've been sitting in the same spot for about an hour trying to leave and we're on the 4th floor so it will likely be longer. Most of the elevators don't work and many of the stairwells closed on one side. We've lived in a lot of big cities and this could be so much more efficient

If you are reading this review, then I am sorry; sorry because I know you just had the worst parking garage experience of your life. Why else would you look at the reviews of a parking garage? This parking garage made me appreciate every other parking garage I have ever been to. It is like the Hotel California -- you can never leave. It is even hard to get out on foot. After parking on the 4th floor, we discovered all of the elevators were broken. Not in a "repairs in progress" type of broken, but in a "this will never work again" type of broken. We then proceeded to a stairwell, went down four flights of stairs, only to discover the door at the bottom was locked with a padlock. We had to go all the way back up to the 4th floor to get out of the stairwell because the doors on the other lev

I never experienced a worse parking garage without getting mugged. Most of the elevators only took you to half of the floors. What an incredible waste of money.
