Nice parking garage For downtown Fort Myers! very cheap and easy to park and find parking

Easy to find an access in downtown Fort Myers. Well lit, safe and inexpensive. It sure beats circling the blocks looking for a parking space. Don't forget street parking downtown is free on Sundays as of this posting.... Fort Myers has been back and forth with its parking rules over the last year 2024-2025

This people dont care anything besides money, i work out of my van with heavy equipment and i was giving service to a store in Downtown Fort Myers, just because i was 10 mn over i got a 20 dollars ticket, i understand the signs says just 30 mn parking but i am not there for fun or hanging out, We are working and providing services to keep the city running. You all should give a little more consideration to marked vehicles providing service.

I park here all the time when downtown. It is safe and convenient.

The garage is in need of work to bring it back to its glory days. The guys from BrowningChapman are here to rescue this old girl. They are doing an amazing job.
