Just like the other review said, biggest waste of money in elk county. Never any cars in this garage. Maybe a couple that could easily fit onto the side of the road, if they made that wider, instead of making this uselessness
What an insane waste of money. This has to be the most expensive public structure in Elk County, and they added 0 parking spots vs just have a lot here. In fact, I'm certain a lot could fit more spots in the same footprint. If you pay taxes you should be demanding a refund. The people who are responsible for this debacle should be ashamed, but I'm going to guess they are not.
It's a parking garage, what else is there to say.
