City Parking

They make the standard price for 1/2 hr as US$10, but when you pay they say because your car is SUV, it is US$25 for half an hour. It is not written on the price board. They should have put it in the price chart for transparency!

this is a scam. i had to pay 45$ for 1 hour of parking. they said my lexus 350 was oversized. this is not announced when you come in. they said 25$ for 2 hours. but i had to pay 45$. stay away from this place. scammer

Frustrating experience to say the least, though mostly because Spot Hero told me my car is standard size, but the garage attendant told me my car is oversized. $15 extra for SUV, and $20 extra for supersized. Then, they grabbed another customer’s vehicle before mine because that customer was angry and I was pleasant. So you know ahead of time if your car is oversized, they allowed me to take a picture to post here.

Nightmarishly third-world, with one solitary attendant actually sprinting up and down the ramp (yes, the same ramp along which cars squeeze by in BOTH directions as pedestrians skirt the walls, desperately hoping not to get pureed by some NJer's SUV) to open manually the garage's gate, until which you're trapped in a line-up for fifteen minutes, as the incoming line-up on the garage's exterior gets longer and longer. Despite all that, somehow there are lots of luxurious cars like Bentley, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Maserati taking their chances here.

I will report them to the BBB because they are a Pure ripoff . They charged me $65 for 3 hours period said that my regular suv 2 rows car is oversize I mentioned that they advertising $19,95 with nothing about size for up to 3 hours outside but they answered that is the price for pre reservation on line only ( pure BS and pure ripoff)
