We had an issue with our piping at our business. We called a couple plumbers who couldn't fix it. One of them told me "you should call City Plumbing." Coming from a competitor, I took his word for it, and we've been using them ever since. They are absolutely fantastic and very helpful. We recently used them to replace our water fountain from 1991! He was very helpful and texted with me over which fountain to get. We love it. Drinking way more water than ever before and not wasting money or plastic.

City Plumbing is wonderful to work with from the receptionists who always answer to the technicians who've been to my home. I have a newer home built by one of Hot Springs' most respected builders and she referred me to City Plumbing. The receptionist always has answers and works with me on scheduling. Rodney and Colton have been to my house to do projects. They're professional and efficient then they take all the time I need to explain and review their work. I appreciate their promptness and expertise. They've done some good problem-solving work and trained me on how to turn up the temp on my water heater. I'm glad I've got City Plumbing.
