City Plumbing & Heating

When I began the process of building my home in South Pass, I asked for a lot of local references for subcontractors. The majority reffered City Plumbing, and the most consistent comment was " They are good but they are expensive." Trust me.....everything in Lander is expensive. They came out and looked at the job, reviewed plans, and gave me an estimate. I kept all of the subs in the loop and City Plumbing came out right on schedule. Scot the Plumber is AWESOME!! They did an excellent job, and when I received the monthly bills, I found they were priced very fairly. I had a call back for the water heater going out, which was a propane issue and not a plumbing one. Came right out and fixed the problem. I cannot reccommend them enough!!

City Plumbing is the best!! After calling 4 other plumbing places, which I started calling back in January with no luck, I kept getting next week or in a few weeks or I’ll call you back. I took to Google and called City Plumbing in August, I called them on a Thursday and they was at my house on Monday!! Not only replaced my hot water heater but changed my pipes from my kitchen and re-routed my dishwasher!! Price was cheaper than the other plumbers I called and City Plumbing was worth every penny!!

This is an update to an earlier review, which wasn’t good. My first call to them was a response that they were too busy and it was unlikely they would get to me. They took my number, but in the meantime, I got quotes from two other very responsive competitors. After 3 weeks I had not heard from City Plumbing and wrote the review on google. But I really wanted three estimates, so I tried them one more time and at that time they were willing to come out. I liked Cory, and the estimate was the best of the 3. They did a good job and were very friendly. My only complaint was they accidentally cut two of my electrical cables with a hole saw. One of which they tried to fix with electrical tape and didn’t tell me, and I wish they would have, because it was an easy fix to do properly. The other ca

Very nice people to work with, both at the shop and the techs who did the work in my home. Requested the hot water heater be replaced, Rayne arrived in Crowheart the next morning and completed the job expeditiously. Very pleased with all aspects of the encounter. Hopefully we will not need a plumber for a while, but if we do, we know who to call! Also, they really pay attention to detail, because even the pens they give away at the front counter are better than any other.

I used to love City Plumbing. But my recent experience has been poor. 5 times they said they would be there and weren't without a word. When I brought this up they got defensive and told me to look elsewhere.
