They did an excellent job. My old furnace was over 20 years old and we ended up having to buy a new one. They replaced the old one and the new one works great. They installed it before the big snow hit which was a blessing. Would highly recommend their company!!

Website says they do gas fireplace repairs. Was told today that they don’t. Time to edit the website.

I can't recommend Sweetwater Aire highly enough! Great company to work with...I was surprised to read that another reviewer called them unresponsive. Within the last month I had to have my furnace replaced, my old furnace "Bit the dust" after 33 years. Sweetwater Aire came to the house very quickly, gave me quotes of three options for furnaces based on my needs, and installed a new furnace within a day or so of my needing a new one. The furnace is amazing, both quiet and efficient! Their work was impeccable...they removed the old furnace, and installed the new one making necessary adjustments to duct work. Had heard good things about Sweetwater Aire. But when I tried to get a quote for a new furnace in January they didn't care to get back to me. Someone did come to my house to inspect for a quote. He said he would get back to me in a week. After a week I called, then 2 more times each week after to see about my quote. Never got one or a response again. Ended up going with RIVERTON Sheet Metal in Riverton and they did a great job.

My furnace broke down so I called Sweetwater Aire. They were able to make it to my house within an hour. They found the part that broke, had one in stock, and got it replaced within the next half hour. I'm so thankful for them!
