Our oil burner stopped working on a Sunday during the holidays. It was below freezing and we have 3 kids. Kris came out in less than an hour, fixed it, and got our heat back on. To say that we are grateful would be an understatement. Great company and would highly recommend to anyone!

Start to finish the process of selecting and installing a new heating and hotwater system was nothing but professional. The quality of work and the design layout of the system is truly a work of art. The new system is very quiet and makes using our home gym that much more enjoyable. I would recommend contacting City Service if you are in need of a new system or even just a tune up. Kris kept our old system running smooth and even came to our rescue when our oil tank need replacing.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are professional, they have very competitive pricing, they helped me in what I thought was an emergency situation with my oil tank, they went over every single thing that they were going to do. They truly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Also, the office staff is very friendly which is difficult to find these days. This is actually a second review. Google won't let me add a new one, so I will add to this review. Kris and team installed a new boiler yesterday and today and WOW, what and impressive job they did! When I make a major purchase I typically wait to write a review because I want to make sure all is well. I have been using Citi Service for my oil furnace cleaning for several years now. My boiler was getting old and was going out and was unreliable. I worked with Chris and Regina to select a new Buderus boiler with a Riello burner. It was installed in September of 2024. I wanted to give it the winter to make sure my heat and hot water were working properly and I was not disappointed! Chris and Regina were so helpful, professional and worked with me and my local fire inspector to make sure the job was complete for me and my family in a timely fashion. Chris also walked me through the new equipment and its operation. Currently we can now run 2 hot showers simultaneously and my heat is more
