I had Nima and Felix from City Tile re-do the flooring, cabinets, and bathrooms at my house and they did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend them for any and all your future remodels!

This company is deeply unprofessional and combative. They left cabinetry unfinished (exposed raw edges, missing skin panel) and still expected full payment. When the issue was raised, responsibility was repeatedly deflected, including attempts to push cabinet issues onto the appliance installer. Standards were minimized and the narrative was changed mid-conversation instead of simply fixing the work. The owner, Nima, was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Expect pushback the moment you enforce basic business standards like unfinished work not being paid in full. What truly crossed the line: they contacted my handyman directly and attempted to recruit him for work while actively on my project. We recently remodeled our kitchen. We had the best experience with City Tiles & Cabinets. We got quartz backsplash, countertops and waterfall island. We also got white shaker cabinets. The entire remodel was done with professionalism and in a timely manner. I loved working with Eric who was really helpful and hospitable. He was friendly and efficient the entire time. I can’t be more happy with how beautiful our kitchen turned out. I highly recommend this company if you need to do a remodel. They are insured and bonded with an entire crew that is in house. The owner Nima is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love working with him. The most important thing was piece of mind.

Unprofessional across the board—from the new owner, Nemia, to their family member Felix, who clearly lacks even basic construction knowledge or standard industry practices. This company preys on small businesses like mine—attempting to cut corners, shift responsibility, and ultimately cheat clients out of money—while simultaneously branding themselves online as a “small business” in search of sympathy and praise. The behavior does not align with the image they try to sell on Google. Their conduct on job sites is equally inappropriate: trying to recruit workers from my site, posturing in front of my staff, and bragging about “million-dollar projects” instead of delivering quality workmanship. Shopped around and got quotes from all the big box stores, and our contractor at work recommended City Tile, which also had the best quote. Felix provided the best customer service, very responsive and reliable. Every installer was on time, clean and very professional. Highly recommend City Tile & Cabinets to any of my friends.
