We needed some hardwood to replace the old one. Then I thought of City Tile in Murfreesboro. I had heard their good reputation from a lady who was their previous customer. We found the closest hardwood floor match at City Tile. There were many selections at the showroom. Scott Cicotte was our sales representative. He was very courteous and professional. From searching for samples, ordering to pickup, Scott had been contacting us with updates. It had been great working with him. Thank you Scott. Your service was exceptional. Andi at City Tile was remarkable to work with! We just needed a small scrap of carpet padding to finalize our insurance claim restoration & allow us to put our bedroom back together. Andi followed up with me when the pad was ready, and to my surprise she generously gave us the pad for free!! Additionally, the pad was cut exactly to size we needed, and only required me to trim the end to fit. We certainly appreciate her kindness, and she is the reason folks like to Shop Local. We recently had wood flooring installed in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Emory at City Tile was great to work with and took all our calls. We purchased a house that had existing wood flooring in the main areas but wanted matching floors in the bedrooms. The install team did a great job at matching the color and you wouldn’t know they weren’t original to the house.
