City Trust Garage (Propark)

Last time I used this garage was a few years ago, had a bad experience getting out of there as the gate wouldn't open. Had to use it again today. I got in at 9 45, the ticket had a stamped time of 1 45. So because of that the parking fee went up from $6 to $25.52. Used the intercom, was placed on hold while they were reaching out to a manager, spent about 5-10 min on hold. The intercom sound quality was so horrendous that I couldn't understand the instructions given. Located a phone number and was able to get the situation resolved but then parking fee went up to the next tier (2-4 hours) and I got charged $9 in total. I brought it up to the person on the phone, all I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience".

This is the absolute worst parking garage I have ever used. I parked here Friday at 5 PM, tried to leave Saturday at 3 PM. Get to the gate, I had to use the intercom to get a code to make the payment online. No answer, so I call from my cell phone. No biggie, I make the payment. Then, the gate won't open. The woman on the phone tried multiple times to no avail. I got hung up on, called back and we tried again. After multiple agents and no luck, here I am, stuck in this parking lot. They tried to call all three of the lot managers multiple times, no answer. I get told, well there's nothing they can do, I have to just leave my car there. So, after much back and forth, the last agent I spoke to agreed that we will not have to pay for the car being here for another day, due to it being their e

This is the worst parking garage experience I’ve ever had. First off the garage looks like it’s falling apart and it smells like pee. We waited in a line of cars for atleast 40 minutes because we were all trapped behind the gate because the tickets were not scanning. When we called to get out the workers were so unprofessional they hung up on us even though they were holding us hostage. They would open the gate for one car after 10 minutes of waiting then trap the next person behind . A man ended up having to lift the gate with his bare hands to let us poor cars out . If you know what’s good for you do not go to this parking garage. I am worried for all the cars that are behind us because many of them are definitely confused.

Had similar experience as everyone else is mentioning. Just wish I had read reviews before I decided to park here. I paid on the Park Chirp app and when I called the number to get out we were told to insert our ticket, I said I already had paid on the app and they said they needed reservation ID which I never received so they said I had to pay again. Thankfully someone who must have a monthly pass got stuck behind me and scanned his pass to let me out. Seems criminal.

Trust and believe I will never book with this place ever again. A waste of people time and money you think once you book with this company, you have a Secure parking spot, but they will give out your parking spot to someone else even if you have already paid. They are money hungry, and they mistreat their customers. And the worst part is once they at full Capacity they don’t even try to guide the customers to a different location for parking or even give additional information for around the area. And also, you will wait days to receive your refund back.
