This company is very unprofessional and everyone from the office is rude as hell. Especially crystal in the downtown office. I would advise you to check your cars for any unwarranted tickets. This company will charge for anything on the lots. It is a HUGE scam and idk why they're still in business. The 2.5 reviews should be warning enough.

Garbage. They will not send you an invoice and then randomly decide to interrupt your service without informing you. Due to their clearly very well run business, they will blame you when you inquire. They are rude (and useless) in customer service. I guess they got what they deserve by making a living off of something so pathetic. You'd think they'd at least be good at it but it makes sense that these losers would be the only people available to take such a job.

I regret that I cannot leave a rating of zero stars. I found it incredibly frustrating to be delayed for over an hour in a parking deck due to an unresolved issue with the exit gate. The slow response from city parking in addressing this matter was disappointing and not reflective of how consumers should be treated.

Around 9:15pm Saturday night January, 7th 2023… Having an anxiety attack, late to an important meeting and trying to park in a city I’m not used to. Trying to get out of the parking deck and the scanner to get out was broken. I pressed the call button and asked for help. The scanner was broken so I called him back only to be told “GET OUT!” and then hung up on. I called back no answer. Called again and was yelled at again by this man on the other end “JUST GO JUST GET OUT!”. Idk what his problem is but thank goodness he’s behind a speaker and not in person. He’s clearly emboldened since so one can see his face. Rude and I’m never even going to attempt to use any of the parking decks they have downtown.

If I could put negative stars I would. Whatever you do… DO NOT EVER PARK IN ANY PARKING SPACED AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY. They are running a huge scam and will give you an unwarranted ticket. Everyone needs to know what a scam this is tell your friends tell your mommas tell everyone out there. Free parking does not constitute me registering and you keeping my information. The signs are poorly explained which is clearly on purpose because your ticket is what keeps this company afloat. City parking you should be ashamed.
