CityScape West Garage

My vehicle was safe here while parked, but I got locked in because the machine said my ticket was already validated. There was camera evidence that their ticket machine didn't give me a valid ticket, so they let me through the gate after calling them. Perhaps their weight sensor, or vehicle sensor didn't detect my vehicle because I ride a motorcycle. Some parking garages won't even dispense a ticket or detect a vehicle when trying to enter a parking garage. It is very difficult to find parking structures with automated ticket machines that will give a valid parking pass for motorcycles.

I prepaid on Parkwhiz to park my car from 7:30-4:30 today. I used Google Maps to find it easily. I had my QR code but it didn’t work on the kiosk. The four step instructions on the back of Parking Pass didn’t work; if they don’t apply, not sure why they are on the back of my pass. This location was very difficult to navigate out on foot. The walkways were not marked with signage so I walked into the vehicle entrance zone by mistake. It was frustrating as this was my first attempt to pre-park here. Before I tried to exit, I called the contact us phone number. The male rep that answered wasn’t very helpful or friendly. This place was $30 for one day; that’s expensive for this headache. I didn’t want to have to change over to park for less. I told him the kiosk must be malfunctionin

My ticket didn't work when I tried to leave. It said I had already exited the garage, but my car never did obviously as I was trying to leave. There was a long line behind me so I ended up having to pay $30 and their credit card machine barely worked.

Having recently parked at the CityScape parking garage, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It's incredibly convenient for accessing all the downtown Phoenix attractions, especially the Footprint Center and the various restaurants and shops within CityScape itself. The garage felt secure and well-maintained, and the covered parking was a huge plus, especially during the Arizona summer. Entry and exit were smooth, making for a stress-free parking experience in the heart of the city.
