I had a fantastic experience with Citywide Carpet Care & Maintenance. Shneur was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating. I needed the carpets in my living room and den cleaned quickly during a move-out situation, and he fit me into the schedule on short notice and worked with my budget. The results honestly blew me away — the carpets had a lot of pet stains and general wear, and they now look night and day better. I didn’t think they could come this clean! He communicates clearly throughout the process — even texting when he’s about 20 minutes away so you know exactly when to expect him. When he arrives, he explains the cleaning process and makes sure you feel comfortable with everything before starting. He’s incredibly polite, efficient, and very respectful of your home. In our case, he cleaned two large bedrooms in about an hour and did an excellent job. He clearly has a great eye for detail and takes pride in his work. I am lucky I found this small business. I was recommended by a neighbor. It was easy to reach them and set up an appt. Lucky for me, they work on Sunday so it was helpful as I am not home often during work hours on weekdays. HUGE plus for scheduling. They showed up on time. After I saw how wonderful the carpet looked, I asked him if he would spot clean a few other areas and he did, no problem. It added a little cost onto the estimate, but it was super worth it.
