Ty and his crew are WONDERFUL!! They did an excellent job removing our old HVAC from the attic and installing a new one. I highly recommend them as they do great work and are even better people! Thank you Ty and the Citywide Crew!

I usually don’t do reviews but I felt that Citywide did such an outstanding job that I needed to do a review! My AC unit stopped blowing cool air and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day and had my unit fixed in no time. He is efficient, extremely cost-effective and very professional. I was 100% pleased with his services and will definitely use Citywide again. I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service and response!! I called and received same day service even though it was late in the day. The technician arrived on time. Worked professionally and efficiently. He explained all his actions and service steps in clear, concise language so that we understood exactly what was being done to fix our air. He was courteous and respectful at all times. I cannot speak any more highly of Citywide Mechanical! I will always return to them for service and maintenance work. Terrence Thomas, our tech, was fantastic. He very quickly diagnosed the issue with the unit I called about, but he also took a look at our other unit just for the sake of being thorough. The unit I called about was easily and quickly fixed, simply having a loose wire which kept it from running. The unit I thought was working properly was low on freon and after being refilled for a nominal charge, is working 10 times better than it was before Terrence took a look at it. I cannot believe that I thought it was working properly! It is night and day since he serviced it. I already knew that I would need to have one of our units replaced sooner rather than later, and after my experience with Terrence and Citywide, I will absolutely be calling them to install the new unit when I am ready to do it
