SPC have been doing my yard work for several years and have done very good work. We needed some landscaping done and I asked them to do the work. The price and schedule were very reasonable.d Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job on a hardscape installation in my yard. He worked with us on the design and the final installation looks great! They completed the work on the schedule I needed and His work matches what I envisioned for the yard. We are extremely happy. Maya and her team provided me with mulch installation and spring cleaning. They did a fantastic job. Very attentive to detail, texted me with questions/photos throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and notify me of issues I wasn’t even aware of (leaking water meter in my front yard). Fair pricing and very professional throughout the quotation and scheduling process. I signed up for her lawn maintenance service because I was so satisfied with my initial experience. We had a drainage problem in our side yard where there was a steep grade, making access to the back yard difficult. Shawn designed a path to run from the front yard to the back yard. The path was lined with boards and filled with slate chips. A new pipe was installed from the downspout at the back of the garage to a French drain, which runs beneath the path to the bottom of the hill. Wide steps were installed to make accessing the backyard easy. Liriope was planted along both sides of the path. It looks great. The slate chips stay in place, and do not blow or wash away. It was a great solution to a tricky problem. Thank you, Smith Property Care!

I am very pleased with the extensive drainage control that Shawn and his crew installed! It took 4 days to rebuild walls, install French drains, dry creek beds, plants and sod to control the water that flows from three of my neighbors down toward my house and pool. We haven’t had a heavy rain yet but I think our water issues are solved.
