Easy to get in and out. Event parking was free.
Parking in Rochester proved to be quite a nightmare but finding this ramp was a great win for me. It was basically empty the first day I parked there. It was much fuller the second day because there was some sort of street fair going on but still had plenty of space.
Woman employee was extremely RUDE TO ME ON THE ELEVATOR Trying to tell me not to press ELEVATOR Buttons.
If everyone tries to leave about same time expect a 2 hour wait. Was at convention that was not that big and in last 45 minutes have seen 4 cars move by. If you need to park downtown but not for an actual event it works good. Stairs smell very strong of urine.
Free on Saturday. Easy to get in and out of.
