Annette @ service was not trying to help me and huffing and puffing at every question asked. I am new at my company and needed direction, which was said before replied with "we are a big company and I don't know who takes care of our company vehicles". PLEASE transfer me to someone that CAN help!! don't keep me on the line wasting both of our company's time and dragging your feet the whole way.. I hung up and called another department. Unfortunately, the company is very Great company but with this hire it just deterred me all together.
