John Laub was great to work with. John performed the three required tests (water flow, water purity and septic dye tests) for our house to be able to close. John clearly communicated when the tests would be performed and the process that would be followed. Everything went to schedule. My husband and I used John for a home inspection and were very pleased with his service. With only a few days to get the inspection done, John accommodated us on a Friday evening.
