New Generation Masonry Design & Construction

We hired New Generation Masonry to redo our front porch. It involved adding boulders, pouring new concrete steps, and installing a stamped concrete patio. The job took many months to complete (it should have taken no longer than a week or two). It seemed ok when it was wrapped up in the fall (we were missing a promised railing), but when the snow finally left us this winter, we took a close look at the porch work he did... and it was a disaster! There are cracks EVERYWHERE- on the floor, on the steps, on the side of the steps... he messed up our drainage, the steps themselves are cracking and chipping, the color is rubbing off and fading in different spots, and it just looks AWFUL.
