Tenant reported leaks on 7/1/24 with my home warranty company. Cja mechanical shows up the 7/2/24, the technician Riley was very helpful and efficient and able to detect problem with kitchen faucet which tenant n occupants wasn't aware of. A big joke Company! Charge me for this monster Furnace, loud as hell, I couldn't even listen to my TV without jacking up the volume to the highest setting possible. The furnace was so oversized, probably made for a 35 floor building. I was Constantly calling the Owner to fix problems that was occurring, there was cold nights were we have no heat because of the owner never showed up after so many calls we made to his business office and to his personal cell phone. After suffering with the cold in the house I had to take my family to a hotel room before we get frozen to death. I called another company, they replaced the Monster furnace that was supposed to be "new," for a much smaller size one. The new Company told me that was a used furnace that CJa installed and it was Super Oversized. Aft

I got assigned CJA mechanical by my home warranty and they seemed nice when they came out but have not scheduled to come back to actually fix the leak. They said I had to remove my closet ceiling before they could do anything because the leak had starting causing mold which is understandable so I took care of it the same day they came out. I texted them the photos as they requested but did not get a response. Once I was able to get someone to answer they said they didn’t get the photos so I resent them and had them confirm they received them. I’ve called many times since and the only time I was able to get through the person told me someone else would call me back to schedule an appointment but it’s been over a week and a half since that call and no one has. Waited 10 days for service in the hottest weeks of the summer! When repair tech showed, he diagnosed that the unit was compressor dead. Three days later, and after 3 phone calls to AHS, I found out that they would replace the whole system, but there was $2500.00 uncovered repair cost, for normal wear to the air handling unit. I paid for a second opinion and the problem was NOT the compressor. The problem was replaced by the 2nd Technician in 15 minutes and my house is finally cooled. If you are assigned this business by American Home Shield, or any other warranty Company, refuse to allow them to touch any equipment!!
