Christ Ponist from Ponist Property Concepts is simply the best. I have been using his services for the past 7 years and this year decided to add a patio to my backyard. The results were amazing. Property Concepts was fantastic to work with and came highly recommended from neighbors and friends. Chris was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding our water drainage issue and helped us find the best solution at a reasonable cost. We are so happy with the end result (retaining wall and underground drainage, plus some landscaping work). I can't describe how relieved and grateful I was to get Chris' help yesterday. I was desperate over the weekend to cut a cap stone for my hardscape, and was reaching out to landscapers and stone cutters that could help me. Chris was the last person I called, and he was out to my home within 10 minutes. He took measurements took my cap stones and returned within 45 minutes. Any work I need to have done in the future will be going to Ponist Property Concepts. He went above and beyond to help a neighbor in need.
