I would like 0 stars if I could. He was my assigned contractor for a water heater repair through my insurance. I had to keep calling him to get any update, rescheduled twice "bc his car won't work", and then just cancelled my claim. Didn't bother call to tell me or anything. When I tried to call him to ask if he's still coming at the scheduled time (almost an hour after it had already passed), he blocked me. I called from my brother's phone, and as soon as he realized it's me, he blocked that number too. My whole family was without a water heater (in the middle of winter) and he couldn't even be professional or have an ounce of decency. Genuinely the most useless and unprofessional behavior. Never work with him.
