Matthew came out the same day for a diagnostic visit and was very professional and helpful. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. He answered our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the next steps. We appreciated his prompt response and straightforward approach. Overall, a very positive experience and we would recommend him for electrical work.

Jeff and his associate, Major, showed up on time and went right to work! He was very professional with the whole install of the compressor and air handler. The air handler was in an unique spot to install and was very challenging due to the lack of space and accessibility to the return duct. I was concerned about how they would handle all issued involved with the install. Jeff was an artist with the work he did. I was more than satisfied. I highly recommend these two guys !

Scheduling nightmare and multiple days without heat. This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I scheduled my initial appointment for the following day. An hour later, I received a call saying the technician was on the way while I was not home. The next day, I was told the technician would arrive in the morning. No one showed up until 9:00 PM. I paid half of a $1,200 deposit. Today they called, I was told the technician would arrive within the hour. I clearly stated I would not be available after 5:00 PM. Two hours later, I called to follow up and was told there had been a mistake and they believed I was only available after 4:00 PM. The repeated scheduling failures and communication breakdowns are inexcusable. I don’t mind the company being busy a
