They remodeled a house I bought. There's numerous electrical issues. I have backfed neutral wires and after opening several switch covers (adding smart switches) not one has the ground wire connected. I am not sure who they used for their electrical contractor but it is poor workmanship. I have spent several hundred dollars tracking down the backfeed.
If you are in the market to build or remodel, you owe it to yourself to call, great company, high standards of quality!
