⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nathan Dunn at CL Air Solutions Heating and Cooling is absolutely excellent! He shows up exactly when he says he will, and he double-checked another company’s work—turns out I really did need a new unit. His pricing was fair, comparing apples to apples, and the service was outstanding. He installed the unit the next day! The night before we were heading out camping, our friends’ air conditioner in their trailer went out. I texted them Nate’s number, and he was there within half an hour! He got it fixed so they were ready to roll the next morning. If I could give him more than five stars, I would! I got his number from a friend and will definitely be passing it on to anyone who needs honest, reliable AC service.

I txt Nate late in the evening and got a quick response. Nate happened to be out of town but was able to refer someone to help me in the am. I have two small children and having no ac in the Florida heat is not fun! Nate went above and beyond to help us! As well as he followed up several times the next day. Now, that is customer service!

No response after phone calls and emails about an invoice for warranty work supposedly done. Supposedly is quite a stretch but no response! Hope to hear from owner soon before this gets escalated to authorities!! Of course no reasonable or explainable response to a bogus “warranty” invoice! A true reliable and professional contractor should only take a day for answers! Theft by deception of elderly is truly disgusting! Month later still a thief!!! Never use this company! This will not stop until you come true with your deception!

We called Nathan for advice on what we thought was smoke coming from our AC, even on a holiday he was happy to run over and help us out! It turned out to be a false alarm on our part, but he was willing to drop what he was doing to come help us and that speaks volumes! It’s good to know we have a reliable AC company in the area, especially in this heat!

I have used CL Air Solutions several times and have always been very pleased with their work. They are very efficient and dependable. They are very professional and the problem is always handled in a timely manner with a very fair price. I would highly recommend this this Company.
