C&L Plumbing Supply and Kitchen & Bath Showroom

Was in a rush as the heat was out and needed parts immediately, so ended up at C&L. Amazon would have taken a day or two but those prices are at least 30% less expensive than C&L. After paying realized we were charged an "admin" fee for using CC. Wish I would been told by salesperson of the additional CC penalty charge and would have paid cash. Also, same exact thermostat was .80¢ more expensive from one day to the next. Got my parts but feel like I was taken advantage of.

Erica was the absolute best. She helped us every step of the way, was easy to deal with, and helped us select gold hardware. Highly recommend C & L for all your kitchen and bathroom needs!

I own a play gym and 2 days ago one of my toilet parts broke before a big event and C & L plumbing came to the rescue. I was looking for a specific piece that they went out of their way to find for me within 2 hours of contacting them about the missing part. Even more incredible was that even though they did not have the part in store, they located it at another store close by and had it delivered to their store for me to pick up. As a small business owner, I am so grateful for people in this world that will still GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to take care of their customers and help solve the problem. Very nice place. People there are willing to help you regardless of what you are looking for in their store. Needed tiny replacement O-ring for my hot water dispenser faucet that I could not get in any plumbing supply store I visited (…even manufacture site do not have it). Walk-in to C&L Plumbing Supply Inc without any hope, just to check off from my list. Young man at counter gave me all his attention listening very carefully for my needs. Promised to help and in 5 minutes I had O-ring that I was looking for a few days already. Thank you very much for your time and help!
