We worked with CL Quality for 2 investment properties to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms in hopes that it would last years without any issues, that was not the case with using CL Quality! This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with.The first installation work was sloppy, they didn’t properly silicone the granite between the backsplash and the counter top behind the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Customer service was a disaster from the beginning. When we called to express our concerns, the manager stated that “they’re humans and make errors” which is understandable, and “that ours was not the only installation they had that day” implying that they were rushing through the job and was that an excuse to do sloppy work?Thankfully they were able to fix the silicone s
