Roger did an excellent AC replacement in my home. Within 24hrs of placing a call, we had the unit replaced, up an running. Great communication along the way with all the questions we had. They helped us get affordable financing, not to mention his price was great and better than the rest. I have some background in HVAC and refrigeration from many years ago, so I can say with certainty that these guys did quality work. These guys gave me a good deal on replacing my ac unit. I dealt with the owner over the phone Roger. He sold me the unit I was in the market for. But that’s it, As soon as they left I had issues with the condensation drain. This cause the float switch to constantly turn off the unit. I have called and text and have got no reply. Been three days and no reply.

Talked with Roger and got a really good deal with getting the AC installed during the summer. Reached out to him after 4 months because the drainage got clogged and no response from him ever. Seeing the previous review on here I guess there is a common thread with him.

Got an AC unit put in almost 2 years ago. They do not even try to hide the fact that they don’t wanna come out and help you with any maintenance after they sell you an expensive unit. Take your business elsewhere. His phone goes straight to voicemail and is full so you cannot get a hold of him unless it’s through text, and he will not respond.
