I had an issue with my generator transfer control box after TECO had a planned outage. Unfortunately, the power outage caused a power surge that required a couple of parts to be replaced by Clancy. Clancy responded quickly to my service call, got parts ordered and replace within 3 days. Clancy took the time to show me exactly what happened and that the repair was covered under my service/warranty contracts. I am extremely appreciative of the quick service and the professionalism of this group. I would strongly suggest anyone looking to install a whole house generator give Clancy Electric the opportunity to service your needs.

The experience from quote to installation was exceptional. The quote was well below others, and the transparency of what we actually needed was appreciated (i.e., no upselling). We hired Clancy Electric to install a whole house backup generator for our home and we couldn’t be happier. The Generac propane system he installed will power our entire home in the event of an outage. The installation included burying a large propane tank in our yard, which required removing several yards of sod and soil. After placing the tank, his team replaced the soil and sod, and left no trace. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and the price was fair.

Preston was out for an estimate. I had so many questions, as I was undecided between a standby and portable generator. He and Caden were patient and professional in addressing my concerns. While here for the actual service, they made quick work of the installation and also made sure I was comfortable with connecting the new equipment. Professional and patient. Highly recommend.
