We needed the air conditioning system at our home replaced. A week prior to the installation, a technician from Hinds had repaired the old system, but the system failed (no reflection on the work from Hinds, it was just worn out). When we received an estimate from the folks at Hinds on a new unit, they extended a discount because of the previous work (a much appreciated gesture). The new system was installed in a very timely manor by technicians who were professional, proficient, and personable. Hinds provided quality service at a comparable price. They are our "go to" when we have heating or cooling needs.

This was our first time using Hinds. They were quick to send a technician out. The staff were friendly and professional. The technician did a thorough job troubleshooting the system and making the needed repairs. I believe the print/charges were fair and within normal rates. I will recommend them and will be using them in the future when needed.

Replaced our 21 year old Bryant system with a new system. I spent a couple of weeks researching products and providers and selected Hinds & Bryant based on product and services reviews, their recommended replacement options, price and availability. The system that they quoted was a higher efficiency system for the price based on a review of all of the quotes. They showed up as promised and replaced the entire system in one day. They were neat and professional. They did an excellent job of reviewing the system with me and did a great job of clean up. We have had the system for 6 weeks now and we love it. Zack and his apprentice were polite, professional, knowledgeable and zeroed right in on the problem. They kept my HVAC system working at peak performance and did not try to up sell me a new unit!
