Had Clarence out to my house for a standard maintenance and possible upgrade on my thermostat. He gave a wonderful service and provided information on the potential need for equipment that stops “growth” within the system. Found some growth within the air handler. He cleaned and cleared what was there and we decided to go ahead with the upgrades of the thermostat, the air scrubber, and UV light! Also found where the original company who installed the system left caps off and didn’t do their best! Ridge is a 12/10 company and request Clarence! Best in class!

The crew was polite, professional and interacted with each other and us cordially. They happily answered all our questions and concerns. They took care of items not evened addressed in the estimate for no additional charge. Like moving the concrete pad to be able to better position the outside AC unit. They left both the yard and attic work sites clean. We are very pleased with the Carrier Crossover system we decided on, super efficient and whisper quiet. I must begin by expressing my desire to give Ridge Energy Savers a glowing review—if I could, it would definitely be more than five stars! When I reached out to them, I was in quite a bind. With multiple properties to manage, I urgently needed repairs on a home that my guests were occupying. Fortunately, they connected me with Jayson, and I couldn't be more grateful. Initially, I had another company scheduled to repair the AC, but they were unable to follow through. Meanwhile, I arranged for an estimate on a new AC unit with Ridge. Their longstanding reputation, established well before I was born, put my mind at ease. Mike and Levi did a great job. They came out the following morning from my non-emergency call. They assured me the thing I had called about was fine but went ahead and did a complete annual check up at my request. They found a worn part and provided documentation that it was not at optimal performance but did not pressure replacement. I chose to replace the part and t h ey completed the work quickly and at a reasonable cost. Both were very polite and respectful.
